VITO-The filtration process
For the filtration of your cutting fluid, the VITO gets placed in the industrial basin to remove all chips and solids. The whirl effect causes a strong suction, whereby the particles get sucked directly inside the machine. Additionally, the coolant lubricant gets ventilated during the process. How does the VITO work?
Using a cellulose filter, the patented pressure-flow-filtration of the VITO removes chips and solids from your emulsion, oil, watery solution or washing bath. Furthermore, the filtration process prevents the forming of bacteria and fungus. The mechanical microfiltration only takes a few minutes.
