Industrial basin before the filtration
Cleaning and ventilation of
coolant, oils and watery solutions
Decreased tool wear
Decrease of bacteria and germs
Extension of service life through better cleaning ventilation
Reduction of CO2 emissions
For the filtration of your cutting fluid, the VITO gets placed in the industrial basin to remove all chips and solids. The whirl effect causes a strong suction, whereby the particles get sucked directly inside the machine. Additionally, the coolant lubricant gets ventilated during the process. The graph below illustrates the process and the effect of the VITO:

Using a cellulose filter, the patented pressure-flow-filtration of the VITO removes chips and solids from your emulsion, oil, watery solution or washing bath. Furthermore, the filtration process prevents the forming of bacteria and fungus. The mechanical microfiltration only takes a few minutes.
The quality management standard ISO 9001 and environmental management according to ISO 14001 have been audited and successfully confirmed.
